Luis Fernando Matos Jr.
Attorney-at-Law and Managing Partner
Graduated in Law from The University of Rio de Janeiro State – UERJ, class of 1995. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association since 1995. Master of Law in Intellectual Property, The John Marshall Law School – Chicago, USA, class of 1996. Member of the Industrial Property Committee at the Brazilian Bar Association since 2005.
Member of the following associations:
- ABPI – Brazilian Intellectual Property Association, serving as the Coordinator of the Trademarks Comission and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association.
- AIPPI – Association Internationale Pour la Protection de Propriété Intellectuelle

- FICPI – Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle
Mr. Matos practice is concentrate in litigation and consulting in most Intellectual Property areas, including:

José Marcos Werneck

Graduated in Law from the Candido Mendes University, class of 1999. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association since 2000. Postgraduate Degree in Intellectual Property Law, Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – class of 2001.
Mr. Werneck’s expertise includes trademarks, domain names, copyright, contracts, patents and unfair competition.
